Civil Service Staff Survey

We hold regular surveys to gather information on our staff's views on working at VLA. In October 2010 we took part in the second Civil Service People Survey. Organised by the Cabinet Office, this survey measures staff engagement in each Civil Service organisation.

These results provide us with a benchmark to compare our performance against the Civil Service as a whole and we can monitor improvements within VLA.
