Requesting material from the VLA Biological Archive
A completed request form must accompany all requests for material from the VLA Biological Archive. The form, with a guidance document to assist you in completion, is available below:
Please note initial applications may be forwarded by e-mail, but VLA also requires a hard copy with an original signature to the information given. Please send this to us as soon as you have e-mailed the form. The request cannot be processed without the signed copy.
