Layer and broiler knowledge transfer survey

Thank you for taking part in this survey. The survey is now closed and answers received will be analysed. Results will be disseminated around summer time. The prize will be drawn this week and the winner announced shortly.

AIM: The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather information about the way people working in the poultry industry prefer to receive information about disease control and biosecurity measures; and how that information travels within the industry. The answers you give will be used to improve the future flow of information between the industry, veterinarians, government and other stakeholders, for the benefit of all.

HOW: AHVLA would like as many people as possible from the poultry industry (including managers, farm owners, veterinarians, poultry employees) to complete a short questionnaire. We have produced a survey questionnaire which can be completed either as a paper copy or as an online survey (see links above). Complete the questionnaire promptly and return it by 3 March 2012 for a chance to win a £50 voucher.

WHY: Your opinion and preferences will help us to disseminate information in an appropriate format that is valuable to all.
