8th International Symposium on Avian Influenza
The 8th International Symposium on Avian Influenza took place at Royal Holloway, University of London, UK from 1 - 4 April 2012. The conference was hosted by the Animal Health and Veterinary Laboratories Agency. A review of the symposium will follow shortly.
The symposium was dedicated to Dr. Les Sims, Pacific Veterinary Information Services, Australia in recognition of his outstanding veterinary medical contributions to field prevention and control of H5N1 highly pathogenic avian influenza.
The poster and oral presentation winners have been announced.
